Little cupcake's first trip! Batam..

Last weekend we brought little cupcake on her first trip! K and I were not confident of handling the 2 littles by ourselves, so we brought backups - grandpa, grandma and kakak!

Adric and popcorn waiting to check in! The hotel (Holiday Inn) provided free popcorn at the lobby.. Much to Adric's delight!

Then we did a quick splash in the pool..

After which we went out for lunch at Nagoya Mall, which is a half hour bus ride away.. Good thing the hotel provided free shuttle! After lunch, we split up.. Grandpa and Grandma brought Adric to the indoor playground, which cost only 3 Sgd per child! 

Little cupcake and I went to chill out at a cafe.. I had my drink and little cupcake had hers..

After which we went back to our room.. We had two 2-bedroom suites so lots of space! Here's grandma chatting with little cupcake..

The next morn after breakfast, we checked out the other hotel facilities..

Then it was home sweet home.. Overall a relaxing and enjoyable trip! The service at Holiday Inn was fantastic!

Daddy's random update of our little bundles of joy - Adric and Nelly

Well, I always felt Nelly looks like Adric. Even when Adric saw some of her pictures, he thought it was him when he was a baby. In any case, managed to have them in same pose (both carried by Gong Gong when they were 3-4 months old.)  

And Adric wrote a Father’s day message. The “Love Adric” was penned by him, at the request of Mummy, who was giggling when she saw this.

Recently, whenever I ask Adric why he only loves Mummy, he will reply “Because boys must like girls only you know?” In the past, I will ask him who he loves the 2nd most, which he will reply “Grandpa” or someone else just to see me in “shock face”. I think he’s going to be a humourous boy just like Daddy. Anyway, a few shots of him with the gals. Great job little buddy!

Here’s Nelly doing tummy time, one of her routines when I’m home from work. Daddy has changed to earlier hours to “Jagar” the 2 children. Nelly is getting cuter now, our little cupcake. She screams high pitch. Adric will follow too, and sometimes ask us what Nelly is saying.

And to end this short update, here’s Adric eating donuts. More of licking donuts actually. He will lick lick lick all the chocolate off the top, then say “I don’t want already. Throw where?”. Daddy can only give a shock face, while rolling eyes inside. But.. I really love you children, and also my dear!
